Guests have full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry area, upstairs playroom, office with sauna, and the 3‑car garage.
Outdoor spaces include the large open patio, covered patio with fireplace and grill, hot tub, fire pit, and multiple seating areas.
Guests may also use the two kayaks, two lake tubs, a large floating mat, outdoor chairs, and a foosball table.

The driveway is steep; please use caution and engage your parking brake.
Additional parking is available across the street—please follow posted signs.
Registration must be completed before arrival to receive access instructions.
For safety and property security, the home has two exterior cameras:
A doorbell camera at the front door facing outward toward the entry.
A second exterior camera mounted on the back corner of the house, facing outward toward the yard.
