KO Cleaning & KO & Co Vacation Rentals

KO Cleaning began in 2016 when Omar Carrizales founded the company with a simple goal: to deliver reliable, consistent, and high‑quality cleaning services built on trust and care. His dedication quickly turned KO Cleaning into a respected name across Central Texas, known for its professionalism and attention to detail.

After retiring from a long career in executive‑level retail leadership, Keith Sellers joined the cleaning business his spouse created and helped expand its reach. As KO Cleaning grew, the team began working closely with vacation rental owners — opening the door to a new opportunity. With encouragement from property owner Scott Friedreck of Graphic Guitar Guys, Keith launched KO & Co Vacation Rentals, blending hospitality, service, and family values into a boutique brand focused on creating memorable guest experiences.

Shyla Wolf, Keith’s sister, first joined KO Cleaning part‑time but soon became an essential part of the operation. She now oversees the vacation‑rental side of the business and plays a key role in ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and care that define KO Hospitality.

Alexxi Keefover, another family member Keith persuaded to join, began by managing residential cleaning teams and social media. Her creativity and fresh perspective now shape KO & Co’s guest experience across all properties, bringing modern energy and connection to the brand.

Together, this family‑built team continues to grow both KO Cleaning and KO & Co Vacation Rentals — united by a shared commitment to quality, hospitality, and helping guests create memories that last.

Keith Sellers
Keith Sellers is the founder of KO & Co Vacation Rentals. After a long career in executive‑level retail leadership, Keith retired and joined the cleaning business his spouse created and built. As KO Cleaning grew, so did the demand for high‑quality vacation rental care — opening the door for Keith to step into the world of hosting. With encouragement from property owner Scott Friedreck of Graphic Guitar Guys, Keith took the next step and launched KO & Co. Today, he brings his passion for service, detail, and hospitality into every stay, creating spaces where families and friends can relax, connect, and make memories that last.
Omar Carrizales
Omar Carrizales is the founder of KO Cleaning, established in 2016. What began as a small, hands‑on cleaning service quickly grew into a trusted brand known for reliability, consistency, and care. Under Omar’s leadership, KO Cleaning became the foundation that helped launch KO & Co Vacation Rentals — providing the same high standards of quality and attention to detail that guests now experience in every stay. His commitment to excellence and his belief that every property deserves genuine care have shaped both brands. Today, Omar continues to lead KO Cleaning and support KO & Co’s growth, ensuring every home reflects the KO standard: clean, comfortable, and ready for memories to be made.

Shyla Wolf first joined KO Cleaning part‑time — mostly because her brother, Keith Sellers, kept encouraging her to help with the family business. What started as lending a hand quickly became a passion. Shyla began overseeing the vacation‑rental side of KO Cleaning, ensuring every property met the high standards guests expect. As KO & Co Vacation Rentals expanded, Shyla became an integral part of the hosting team, helping shape the guest experience and uphold the KO Hospitality promise. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests have made her a driving force behind KO & Co’s mission to create getaways where families and friends make lasting memories.
Alexxi Keefover
Alexxi Keefover is another family member Keith Sellers & Omar Carrizales persuaded to join the KO Cleaning team. She began by overseeing residential cleaning operations and quickly became known for her organization, creativity, and eye for detail. As KO & Co Vacation Rentals expanded, Alexxi took on social‑media management and now leads guest experience across all properties.
